CANCELLATION POLICY

-SALON POLICIES- LATE ARRIVAL: To respect the time of both our clients and technicians, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the appointment and will be subject to a no-show fee. If you expect to be less than 15 minutes late, please notify your technician. LATE CANCELLATIONS: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $20 non-refundable deposit toward your next appointment. NO SHOWS: If you miss your appointment without prior notification, a $25 non-refundable deposit will be required before scheduling another appointment. Two or more missed appointments will result in being banned from the salon. SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUND: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your service. Once the service is completed and paid for, no refunds will be issued. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Our salon staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, appears intoxicated, or whose health condition may affect the outcome of the service. GUESTS: While we love meeting new people, we kindly ask that you limit guests to a minimum if they are not receiving a service. Additionally, if you are bringing children, please ensure they are accompanied by another adult who is not being serviced to avoid any safety issues. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service. FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food is not permitted in our service areas unless for medical emergencies. You are welcome to bring your favorite drink, but we ask that it have a lid for safety and convenience. PRICING: All pricing will be clearly displayed for your convenience. Any nail art or custom designs will be priced accordingly. If you're unsure of the cost, please feel free to ask your technician or present a sample picture for a quote.
